Justin O’Keefe is a Senior Vice President, Shareholder Engagement Services at Alliance Advisors, focusing on shareholder engagement services for public company clients. He advises issuers and their advisors on the design and execution of vote strategies for annual and special meetings, transaction-related solicitations, and other critical shareholder events.
Justin has been in the financial services industry since 1997 and specializes in proxy solicitation. Over nearly three decades in the field, he has worked with thousands of issuers, ranging from small-cap to mega-cap companies, on annual and special meetings as well as mergers, acquisitions, and tender offers. His experience includes several hundred SPAC campaigns, on which he has served as both solicitor and Inspector of Elections, providing practical guidance through complex and time-sensitive processes.
