Donna M. Corso is a seasoned Senior Managing Director with more than 35+ years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in proxy solicitation and corporate governance. Throughout her career, she has advised Fortune 100 companies, mid-cap, and small-cap corporations on annual and special shareholder meetings, proxy contests, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and governance matters.
In her previous roles, Donna built and sustained a diverse client portfolio, guiding senior executives through complex transactions, including multimillion and multibillion-dollar mergers such as AT&T/SBC, Aviall/Boeing, Lucent/Alcatel, and most recently, Marel/John Bean, Heska/Mars and Magellan/ONEOK. She also pioneered SPAC advisory services from the inception of the SPAC market, overseeing more than 850 business combination and extension meetings.
Donna is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and frequently presents on proxy and governance topics across the industry.
Earlier in her career, Donna rose from Assistant to Vice President, leading major proxy solicitations and corporate reorganizations, including the landmark restructuring of The Columbia Gas System, Inc. She has also served as an Independent Inspector of Elections, presented widely on proxy and governance issues, and held memberships with the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the Corporate Transfer Association.
