Robin Genitempo is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Alliance Advisors, supporting the company’s people strategy and HR operations with a focus on the Little Falls, New Jersey office and broader corporate initiatives. Robin spent most of her career in the technology sector, where she built a diversified background spanning people operations, policy development, global benefits administration, payroll oversight, and performance management. This cross-functional experience enables her to navigate complex HR requirements, drive process consistency, and support both management and employees across the full HR lifecycle.
Her work centers on strengthening HR frameworks, enhancing employee-facing programs, and providing structured support to leaders as they manage and develop their teams. Robin is currently based in New Jersey and is part of the Little Falls office.
