Donald Cioffi is a Managing Director on the Corporate Governance Team at Alliance Advisors which focuses on solicitation strategy, shareholder engagement, say-on-pay, equity compensation plans, and other corporate governance matters.

Donald joined the Alliance Advisors corporate governance team in 2022 from the Proxy Advisory Group, where he had more than 10 years of experience working on equity compensation plans, say-on-pay, and other proxy proposals. Donald graduated from the University of Delaware in 2007 with a B.S. in finance.
