Dila Skrelja serves as the Alliance Advisors COS to Joe Caruso, CEO, and the Head of Administration.  She is a member of the Executive Management Team responsible for administrative management and strategic planning working closely with Operations, Finance and Sales & Marketing.

Dila comes to Alliance Advisors from Computershare / Georgeson as a Facilities & Vendor Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, she also held management and operational roles in retail brokerage and venture capital. At a high level, Dila has supported Shared Services (Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology), as well as operational, business, and financial sectors throughout a dynamic and diversified global organization like Computershare but is no stranger to small fast-moving companies like Alliance Advisors.

Her areas of expertise include Vendor Relationship Management & Procurement; Contract Negotiations & Procurement; Due Diligence Review & Vendor Risk Assessment; RFP/RFI; Proven Cost Saving Strategies; Facilities Project Management; Real Estate Leasing & Development; Security & Access Control; DRP/BCP; Transition & Integration Services for M&A; Strategic Planning & Implementation; Budget Development & Oversight; Architectural Space Planning & Construction.

Dila is a Fordham University alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance & Economics and during her time on Wall Street has carried Series 7, 8, 24, and 63 financial securities licenses.
