Notice of Meeting

Definition:

A formal communication sent to shareholders announcing the date, time, and location of an upcoming AGM or EGM, along with the agenda of items to be discussed and voted on. The notice of meeting also includes instructions on how shareholders can participate and vote, either in person, by proxy, or electronically.
