Overview
Alliance Advisors’ Summer Internship Program is a hands-on summer experience for undergraduate students who want to build professional skills through meaningful project work. Designed as a 6 to 8 week program, the internship combines real assignments, structured mentorship, skills development, and exposure to leadership in a professional setting.
Students in the program work as part of a small intern cohort and contribute to business-unit projects while learning how teams collaborate, communicate, and deliver results. The program may be offered in either an in-person or hybrid format and generally follows a full-time summer schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
What Interns Gain
Interns receive a structured experience that includes onboarding, dedicated project assignments, weekly check-ins, mentorship, and learning opportunities throughout the summer.
Participants also have the chance to join selected Alliance Advisors events and present their work at the end of the program.

PROGRAM EXPERIENCE

This structure helps interns move from learning and onboarding into active contribution over the course of the program. By the end of the internship, participants are expected to complete meaningful deliverables and present their work to leadership.
