Caroline joined Alliance Advisors Investor Relations in 2024 through the acquisition of irlabs, which she co-founded in 2021.

Caroline is a seasoned investor relations professional with 20 years of diverse experience in communications, family office, in-house, and agency roles. She has advised over 60 companies through a range of IR activities including quarter end reporting, non-deal roadshows, mergers and acquisitions, management changes, product launches, investor/analyst days, IPOs/RTOs/de-SPACs, follow-on transactions, and more. Throughout her career, she supported numerous financing activities, both public and private, and helped raise over $650 million of capital.

Caroline began her investor relations career with Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. in 2005, shortly after the company’s IPO. Her passion for making an impact through clean energy solutions led her to join Ballard Power Systems Inc. and Westport Fuel Systems Inc., both of which are dual listed on the NASDAQ and TSX stock exchanges. Prior to co-founding irlabs, she was Investor Relations Manager at Alabaster Homes, a privately-owned real estate development company in Vancouver.

Caroline holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Simon Fraser University. Caroline is an advisor to Women Funding Women, a collective working on a groundbreaking initiative aimed at addressing the persistent funding gap faced by women entrepreneurs in North America.
