Adam leads Alliance Advisor’s global shareholder activism practice where he has advised both companies and investors on campaigns throughout the US, UK, Western Europe and Japan.

He also focuses on helping Alliance Advisors’ clients assess potential vulnerabilities to pre-empt and prepare for activist situations. A frequent speaker on the topic of shareholder activism at conferences and events internationally for the past 15 years, Adam helped create the Activist Insight database, which became the leading provider of activist investing data and information worldwide.
