Adam formed part of the executive leadership at Activist Insight where he helped design and build the online platform prior to its launch in 2012.

He ran the company’s commercial operations as the business grew to become the leading provider of shareholder activism and proxy voting data worldwide.

A frequent speaker on the topic of shareholder activism at events and conferences globally, he moved to New York from London in 2016 to establish the firm’s first US office before it merged with Proxy Insight to become Insightia. The business was sold to Diligent in 2022 where Adam joined the senior leadership team and worked on the development and launch of the Diligent Market Intelligence platform.

Adam is a well-respected figure within shareholder activism and has strong relationships with leading professionals across the engagement, stewardship and corporate governance spaces.
