Adam is a senior member of Alliance Advisor’s global shareholder activism practice advising both companies and investors throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining Alliance Advisors he helped design and build the Activist Insight database in 2012 which became the leading provider of activist investing data and information worldwide. The business was acquired by Diligent in 2022 where he joined the senior leadership team and oversaw the launch of the Diligent Market Intelligence platform.

A frequent speaker/panelist on the topic of shareholder activism at conferences and events internationally, Adam is a well-respected figure within shareholder activism and has strong relationships with leading professionals across the engagement, stewardship and corporate governance spaces.
