Disclosure Request

Definition:

A Disclosure Request is a request made by a shareholder to have their identity and shareholding information disclosed to a company in which they hold shares. NOBOs who wish to receive shareholder communications directly from the company must submit a disclosure request to their broker or financial intermediary.
