Inbound Help Line

Definition:

Inbound Help Line is a dedicated telephone number established by the Information Agent to provide shareholders with access to timely information, assistance, and support related to the merger or acquisition. The Help Line is staffed by trained representatives who can address shareholder inquiries, provide updates on the transaction status, and offer guidance on voting or other shareholder matters. Alliance Advisors makes and takes millions of telephone calls from shareholders seeking information on M&A transactions.
