Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Definition:

A mandatory meeting held by a company once a year, as required by law or corporate regulations, to conduct important business, including the election of directors, approval of financial statements, appointment of auditors, and any other matters specified in the company’s bylaws or articles of association.
