Minutes

Definition:

Official written records of proceedings and decisions made during an AGM or EGM, including details of discussions, votes, resolutions adopted, and any other relevant information. Meeting minutes are prepared by the company’s secretary or another designated officer and are kept as permanent records of corporate governance.
