Shareholder Vote Projection

Definition:

The process of estimating the outcome of a shareholder vote on a specific resolution or proposal based on various factors, including historical voting patterns, shareholder preferences, institutional ownership, proxy advisor recommendations, and other considerations. Alliance Advisors produces vote projections for public companies within less than 1% of the actual results.
