Shareholder Engagement

Definition:

The process of establishing and maintaining communication and relationships between institutional shareholders and the companies in which they invest. Shareholder Engagement takes place after a company’s annual meeting after voting results are published in NPX filings in August of every year. Alliance Advisors conducts Shareholder Engagement programs on behalf of publicly traded companies worldwide.
