Notice and Access

Definition:

A method of delivering proxy materials to shareholders electronically, typically via email or by posting them on a website, instead of mailing physical copies. The Information Agent may implement a notice and access program to streamline the distribution of proxy materials, reduce printing and postage costs, and improve shareholder engagement and participation in the voting process.
