Abe Borad manages the proxy solicitation campaigns to retail investors for the corporate and mutual fund clients of Alliance Advisors. Abe has supervised thousands of large and complex call campaigns by implementing proven strategies, script development, messaging and training programs while delivering the needed vote return from this shareholder constituency.

With his strong background in shareholder communications and call center management, he continues to employ unique technology-driven procedures which results in Alliance contacting millions of individual investors in the more than 100 call campaigns we conduct each year.

As Chief Technology Officer, Abe also leads the Information Technology Group at Alliance in charge of all systems and has been at the vanguard when it comes to data security and privacy protection. Abe began his career in the proxy business in 1995 and before joining Alliance he held similar positions at several other proxy solicitation firms.
