Michael Vogele is a multilingual professional with 25 years of experience providing consultative services on the design and disclosure of governance and compensation topics within global corporate filings. His expertise lies in analyzing executive and director compensation structures, evaluating governance practices, and modeling proxy voting trends.

Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Mike worked for four years at ISS Corporate Solutions (ICS) where he advised global issuers on executive compensation, equity plan design, governance ratings, and shareholder engagement. Mike also worked for several years at Glass Lewis leading their engagement outreach in North America & Europe. Preceding this, he was a founding partner of IVOX, a European-based proxy research company, which was acquired by Glass Lewis in 2015. Mike began his career at ISS in their European Research Team until his departure in 2006. Based on these experiences, Mike has a comprehensive understanding of ISS guidelines, Glass Lewis policies, global asset management stewardship guidelines, and global pension funds voting policies.
