Kerry Reynolds is a Senior Vice President in the Proxy Solicitation Group at Alliance Advisors. Kerry’s expertise includes targeted proxy solicitation strategies for shareholder bases held by both institutions and retail investors.  She is highly experienced in corporate governance and executive compensation matters.

She utilizes this knowledge to counsel her clients on a wide range of shareholder meeting proposals and governance issues.

Kerry has worked in the proxy industry since 2009 and is a Ramapo College of New Jersey graduate.
