Scott Lam is a Vice President of Business Development focused on partnering with West Coast clients. Scott brings a deep understanding of the proxy logistics process and has spent his career focused on helping clients drive efficiencies of scale to reach goals and objectives.

Scott’s expertise in proxy spans a 13-year tenure helping clients navigate governance and proxy, working with Small, Midcap and Large corporate issuers.

Building meaningful relationships is a core component of Scott’s approach designed to drive solutions alignment, trust and collaboration towards reaching mutually amicable partnership objectives.

Scott is an active member of NIRI and the Society of Corporate Governance and is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
