As Chief Operating Officer at Alliance, Rob oversees the Investor Relations and Investor Intelligence business units, along with Technology, Retail, and Offshore Operations.  In addition, he heads up corporate development efforts by identifying, executing and integrating new acquisition opportunities for Alliance.  He has over 25 years of B2B financial services expertise in driving business expansion and revenue growth.

Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Brennan served as Chief Revenue Officer for an insurtech startup where he developed the go-to-market strategy, built the sales infrastructure, and signed over 20 partnerships with a range of mortgage and fintech companies, enabling their customers to purchase digital insurance products.

Rob also served in multiple roles over 20+ years with Computershare US and Georgeson.  He led sales and marketing efforts at Computershare Loan Services and was the EVP, Corporate Strategy, completing 4 acquisitions for Computershare.  As a member of the Computershare Fund Services executive team, he provided strategic guidance on proxy solicitation campaigns to investment management companies, their managers, and boards on major M&A, change-of-control, and fund-restructuring transactions.  At Georgeson, he held P&L responsibilities over the mutual funds business line that provided proxy solicitation services to open-end funds, closed-end funds, and ETFs and was a member of the Board of Directors.

W. Sam Chandoha is responsible for redefining and maintaining Alliance Advisor’s corporate and social media presence. With decades of entrepreneurial and direct industry experience Sam is uniquely poised to provide strategic advice on business development, acquisitions and global expansion.

Sam began his career at Shareholder Communications Corporation in 1983 as the company’s primary sales executive. Sam was responsible for building SCC’s mutual fund franchise into the industry’s dominant player. One of his notable contributions to the industry was creation of telephone voting along with the procedures and technology which has become the standard today.

In 1993 he became Chief Operating Officer and began SCC’s acquisition and global expansion program. He oversaw the building of call centers in Canada, UK, Australia, Philippines and South Africa totaling 2000 seats. In the US he completed the acquisitions of Corporate Investors Communications and Georgeson to form Georgeson Shareholder Communications. These with other acquisitions lead to the consolidation of the proxy industry to create the largest shareholder engagement firm in the world. In 2003, Sam led the sale of Georgeson Shareholder to Computershare.

Dila Skrelja serves as the Alliance Advisors COS to Joe Caruso, CEO, and the Head of Administration.  She is a member of the Executive Management Team responsible for administrative management and strategic planning working closely with Operations, Finance and Sales & Marketing.

Dila comes to Alliance Advisors from Computershare / Georgeson as a Facilities & Vendor Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, she also held management and operational roles in retail brokerage and venture capital. At a high level, Dila has supported Shared Services (Finance, Legal, HR, and Technology), as well as operational, business, and financial sectors throughout a dynamic and diversified global organization like Computershare but is no stranger to small fast-moving companies like Alliance Advisors.
