As Vice President of Human Resources, Nicole is based out of our US headquarters in Bloomfield, New Jersey. She has over 20 years of experience in HR/Customer Experience, Global Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Business Management; she is a distinguished and talented expert.
At Alliance Advisors, Nicole partners with leaders to create and maintain a culture that drives retention, engagement, and performance. She oversees all HR initiatives and implementations, as well as all daily domestic and global HR operations and believes in leading by example. Nicole builds and executes thoughtful people-focused strategies and initiatives to recruit, retain, and grow high-performing talent.
As a strategic advisor and thought partner to the C-Suite, Nicole coaches employees and managers on organizational practices, processes, and values. An exceptional problem solver whose ability to resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations sets her apart.
Nicole graduated top of her class from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ with a degree in Business Management/Finance. With her vast experience and expertise, Nicole is an invaluable member of the Alliance Advisors team.
