As controller, Mike works with the CFO to oversee accounting, financial planning, and analysis, treasury, tax reporting/compliance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), procurement, and receivables.

Mike is a proven leader steeped in the experience of system implementation and process improvement. For the past 11 years, Mike has worked with start-up and high-growth private equity-backed companies.

Mike has a diverse industry background having worked in technology, healthcare, banking, and insurance. He has a master’s degree in accounting and a minor in music from Quinnipiac University.
