Alyson Osenenko is a Senior Vice President in the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance Advisors. In addition to managing the Proxy Logistics Group, Alyson prepares and executes all of the functions necessary for a successful shareholder meeting including timeline of events, broker nominee search, document printing, web hosting, proxy card and notice preparation, required mailings to registered holders, distributions to bank/broker/nominee and intermediary firms, proxy tabulation and Inspector of Elections. Alyson began her career in the proxy industry in 2009.

Angela joined Alliance Advisors in 2024 through the acquisition of irlabs, which she joined in 2023.

Since 2009, Angela has found herself at the forefront of emerging technologies, holding diverse senior executive positions leading and transforming operations, business strategy, sales and marketing in highly regulated industries, such as gaming, fintech, blockchain mining, and digital assets. Her expertise lies in building global operations, frictionless applications and service channels from the ground up, executing go-to-market strategies and working closely with diverse stakeholders in private and public markets. She is always bringing people together for new perspectives, amplifying culture, building community and creating memorable experiences. 

Angela attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology for Operations Management, and she recently earned her Global ESG designation and certificate through Competent Boards.

Michael Hugyo is Vice President, Investor Communications at Alliance Advisors. Mike brings over 23 years of experience of industry experience to Alliance in helping public companies, REITS, and BDCs and mutual funds successfully navigate annual and special meetings with customized solicitation strategies.

Mike is well known in the alternative investment (non-traded REIT and BDC) industry and provides a highly consultative approach to his clients when dealing with challenging non-routine proxy proposals such as charter amendments.

Mike has helped his clients grow their digital footprint with use of electronic distribution including use of eMail, texting, and active document hosting sites to help foster stronger relationships with retail investors while meeting investors where they are for more efficient proxy communications and voting.

Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Mike held senior client management roles at Computershare, Boston Financial Data Services and most recently Mediant, a BetaNXT business.

Mike is a member of multiple industry associations and is an active participant on several working committee groups.

Nicole Mees is Senior Human Resources Generalist at Alliance Advisors. In this role, she supports the company’s Human Resources function, partnering across the organization to advance business objectives, strengthen internal operations, and enhance the employee experience.

Nicole brings a proactive and collaborative approach to HR, with a focus on aligning people practices with organizational needs. Her work is centered on supporting employee engagement, fostering effective cross-functional coordination, and contributing to a strong and productive workplace environment.

She is committed to helping drive business performance while supporting employee satisfaction, collaboration, and operational effectiveness across the company.

Kelly is a member of the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance Advisors where she conducts research and analysis for bid proposals while utilizing procedures that produce the most cost effective method for the client.

She also maintains internal databases, manages the firm’s virtual shareholder meeting platform and provides financial reporting and operational support to the Accounting Group. Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at Sacred Heart University.
