W. Sam Chandoha is responsible for redefining and maintaining Alliance Advisor’s corporate and social media presence. With decades of entrepreneurial and direct industry experience Sam is uniquely poised to provide strategic advice on business development, acquisitions and global expansion.

Sam began his career at Shareholder Communications Corporation in 1983 as the company’s primary sales executive. Sam was responsible for building SCC’s mutual fund franchise into the industry’s dominant player. One of his notable contributions to the industry was creation of telephone voting along with the procedures and technology which has become the standard today.

In 1993 he became Chief Operating Officer and began SCC’s acquisition and global expansion program. He oversaw the building of call centers in Canada, UK, Australia, Philippines and South Africa totaling 2000 seats. In the US he completed the acquisitions of Corporate Investors Communications and Georgeson to form Georgeson Shareholder Communications. These with other acquisitions lead to the consolidation of the proxy industry to create the largest shareholder engagement firm in the world. In 2003, Sam led the sale of Georgeson Shareholder to Computershare.

Justin is a Senior Vice President, Product Strategy at Alliance Advisors focusing on Investor Intelligence product and business development. Prior to joining Alliance, Justin was Executive Director, Market Intelligence at S&P Global where he advised global companies on transactions and transformations.

Justin brings with him extensive experience leveraging buy-side knowledge and predictive shareholder analytics to advise organizations through complex scenarios including shareholder engagement, IPOs, M&A, spinoffs, capital allocation, and ESG strategy. Early in his career Justin founded the Corporate Analytics Practice at Ipreo, now part of the S&P Global, and grow it into a leading predictive investor targeting solution. He later embraced the opportunity expand his experience and perspective as head of Ipreo’s Cape Town office, while concurrently leading the EMEA Shareholder Intelligence business and Global Data Operations. Justin received his B.S. in Business Management and Economics from Bucknell University. He was a prior NIRI Chapter President and Board Member and a regular presenter at investor relations events around the globe.

German joined Alliance Advisors in 2022 as Digital Marketing Manager, bringing a Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communications and Media Advertising and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and Customer Experience from EUDE Madrid. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Branding, Creativity, and Brand Communication at EsDesign Barcelona.

With a strong foundation in digital marketing and communications, German has built deep expertise across ATL/BTL channels, social media, and content strategy. His background in photography, design, and media production allows him to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling brand narratives for diverse audiences.

In his role as Global Brand Manager, German oversees brand and communications for Alliance Advisors, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. He leads brand positioning, corporate communications, brand partnerships, and content partnerships, ensuring the company is consistently and effectively represented online, offline, and at industry events. He collaborates closely with marketing, design, and executive teams to shape messaging, approve campaign and brand assets, and safeguard brand integrity across the company and its subsidiaries.

German’s experience in digital media planning, programmatic advertising, paid search, display, and video has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence and reputation. His ability to align brand strategy, communications, and media execution helps drive awareness, engagement, and long-term brand equity.
