In 2011, Frank joined Alliance Advisors and founded the company’s Activist Watch/Identification Program. With over 20 years of market surveillance expertise, Frank plays a vital role in identifying how institutional investors have voted as part of many of Alliance’s proxy solicitation campaigns.
Frank began his career in 1988 working as an analyst in the market surveillance department of The Carter Organization. In 1990, Frank joined Corporate Investor Communications (CIC) and was instrumental in building the market surveillance division into a business of more than 100 clients prior to its sale to CapitalBridge. While at CapitalBridge, which was later sold to Ipreo, Frank earned the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation and consulted with clients ranging from micro-cap companies to large-cap companies.
Frank is the author of “Candlesticks: Shedding the Light Pattern Analysis” and developed the Power Point & Figure Charting Method. Frank graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration and minor in Economics from William Paterson University and is a member of the Market Technicians Association.
