Erin is a senior member of Alliance Advisors’ Corporate Governance Group. Erin’s expertise is focused on equity compensation plan analysis, director elections, institutional shareholder intelligence, and general corporate governance issues. Her experience in the corporate governance field started in 1996 as a senior analyst and project manager for Executive Compensation Advisory Services (ECAS). Erin coordinated and completed research/advisory projects on all issues regarding executive and director compensation, including bonus plans, executive employment agreements, and compensation law.
Erin joined ISS in 2000 as a compensation analyst in the U.S. research division, where she worked extensively with ISS’s proprietary compensation model. She later became a senior analyst and oversaw their mutual fund group. Erin was responsible for developing and updating ISS’s proxy voting guidelines for mutual funds. In addition, Erin wrote the ISS research reports for a number of proxy contests involving mutual funds as well as authored many stories in ISS’s weekly governance newsletter. Erin is a graduate of The College of William & Mary.
