John is a Senior Vice President of Business Development and has been working in the proxy solicitation and governance consulting industry since 2005. At Alliance, he has managed hundreds of successful campaigns dealing with major corporate issues such as M&A, proxy contests, shareholder activism/activist defense, executive compensation, capital structure changes, shareholder-sponsored proposals, and bank conversions.

John’s clients range from megacap to microcap, including some of the most well-known public companies in the world.

John is currently a member of the NACD New Jersey Board of Directors and is also an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance and the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
