Foster Bartko is a Senior Vice President in the Proxy Solicitation Group at Alliance Advisors.

Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Foster held the titles as a Managing Director, Senior Vice President and Group Leader at various banking and proxy solicitation firms. With over 30 years of experience, Foster has had the opportunity to solicit proxies for Annual and Special shareholder meetings, M&A Transactions and contested proxy solicitations. In addition he also  has had extensive experience with BDC transactions, rights offerings and tender offers.

Foster is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and The National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). He comes to Alliance with a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Richmond.
