Domenick is Chief Strategy Officer at Alliance Advisors where he manages the day-to-day operations of the Proxy Solicitation Group at Alliance Advisors. Domenick is a seasoned professional who began his proxy solicitation and corporate governance consulting career in 1999. He specializes in meetings with complex agendas including mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, capital restructurings, and shareholder-sponsored proposals.

Having advised hundreds of NYSE and NASDAQ listed clients including many S&P 500 companies, Domenick is frequently sought out to speak on corporate governance and proxy solicitation issues. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Domenick was a Managing Director and a Director of Business Development at a major proxy solicitation firm.

Domenick received his B.A. from Rutgers University and is an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
