Bernard Lopez is a Vice President of the Investor Intelligence Group at Alliance Advisors. Bernard is a seasoned professional who has over 20 years of Shareholder Services experience. He began his career with Bear Stearns as a Registered Representative and has managed hundreds of shareholder projects for Fortune 500 clients.

Bernard was also responsible for building and overseeing a division for one of the oldest securities transfer specialist in the nation. He is a well-rounded professional specializing in Shareholder Identification, Proxy Voting, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Annual Shareholder Meetings.

Bernard holds a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University and an M.B.A. in International Business from Florida Atlantic University.
