Form 13F

Definition:

A filing required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for institutional investment managers with assets under management above certain thresholds. Form 13F discloses institutional holdings of publicly traded securities, including stocks, options, and convertible securities, on a quarterly basis.
