Victor Jendras brings more than 25 years of experience within the capital markets space, serving in various Sales, Business Development, Management and Advisory roles.

Victor has served in the corporate issuer space for over 20 years as a trusted advisor and sales consultant to the Corporate Governance and Investor Relations community, focusing on the client relationship and needs. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Victor most recently spent 3 years with Sodali & Co. and 9 years at Q4 Inc. where he earned a reputation as a valued subject matter expert for helping publicly traded companies succeed in the capital markets. Victor is active in capital markets intelligence, corporate governance advisory, ESG advisory and shareholder services.

Victor’s professional experience includes tenure with Zacks Investment Research, Northern Trust, MZ Group, NASDAQ, Q4 Inc. and Sodali & Co. Victor holds a BA in International Business from Bradley University and is a member of NIRI and Society for Corporate Governance, as well as Board Member for NIRI Chicago and Care for Cops Corporation.

Jacob Park is a corporate finance and capital markets professional with more than 15 years of experience advising companies and investors across Asia.

For the past eight years, he has led SS&C Intralinks Korea, where he supported more than 200 M&A and strategic transactions and built extensive relationships with Korea’s top corporate dealmakers.

His work has spanned Conglomerates, Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Semiconductors, and SMEs, positioning him as a trusted advisor in many of the country’s most high-profile deals and investments. Prior to SS&C Intralinks, Jacob held senior roles at UBS, where he gained expertise in business development, financial market analysis (forex and derivatives), and strategic planning. His career reflects a strong record in enterprise sales, market analysis and trading, with a focus on aligning clients’ strategic goals to market opportunities.

Jacob earned his MBA from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He also holds a BS in Management of Financial Institution from De La Salle University.

Ahmed Suliman has more than 10 years of experience in the corporate governance and proxy services industry.

Throughout his career, he has worked at a leading proxy advisory firm and two proxy solicitation firms, gaining experience across both the buy- and sell-side of the industry. He has advised major European listed companies on a range of shareholder-facing matters.

His areas of expertise include corporate governance, proxy voting, ESG, M&A, shareholder activism, shareholder engagement, and investor relations.

Ahmed’s experience in the voting policy development and implementation department of a major proxy advisory firm gives him a distinct perspective on institutional investor voting processes. He supports clients in navigating complex governance and shareholder engagement issues, including the development and implementation of voting systems for institutional investors

Oliver joined Alliance Advisors in 2025 and specializes in shareholder engagement, supporting clients on investor relations, governance matters, M&A, and shareholder activism situations.

He assists issuers with shareholder outreach, proxy solicitation, and engagement strategies ahead of key votes and annual meetings, helping companies understand shareholder perspectives and navigate communication with their investor base. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Oliver spent over half a decade focused on shareholder voting and corporate governance research at Proxy Insight and Diligent.

At Diligent, he was instrumental in developing the shareholder voting offering for the Diligent Market Intelligence product, leading initiatives to expand the platform’s scope and functionality to better serve leading corporations and institutional investors.

Oliver brings a broad understanding of the governance and capital-markets environment, where informed, constructive engagement between companies and investors can be pivotal to meeting outcomes and longer-term relationships.
