Lora has over 25 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Media Relations. With over two decades in the newswire business at Cision and Business Wire where she managed large IR Firms and Senior Executives consulting on distribution of earnings, activism, IPOs, M&A and any material change content. In Canada, helping the largest of Canadian brands maximize awareness for any number of announcements, new executives, new products, milestones and crisis communications. Working with all industries and all levels of contacts with the goal of sharing ideas, perspectives, and experiences. Along with extensive newswire experience, Lora has been part of Q4’s team, a leader at creating, maintaining corporate websites and a dynamic online footprint.

She also had the pleasure over many years of helping Canadian Issuers with a full-time position at the Canadian Investor Relations Institute, a not-for-profit association of executives responsible for communication between public corporations, investors and the financial community.
