Jason Vinick is a Senior Vice President in the Proxy Soliciation Group at Alliance Advisors. Jason has worked in the proxy soliciation and corporate governance industry since 1999. He focuses on M&A transactions, tender offers, proxy contests and corporate governance related consulting. Jason also has extensive experience in all Limited Partnership/BDC transactions having handled over 500 tender offers, numerous bank mergers, LP consent solicitations, rights offerings, LP Roll-ups, and class action litigation. Jason received his B.S. in Finance from Stockton College of NJ.
