NOBO Shareholder Outreach

Definition:

The proactive effort to engage with Non Objecting Beneficial ( NOBO ) shareholders through various communication channels, such as mailings, emails, phone calls, or online platforms, to inform them about important corporate developments, solicit their input, and encourage their participation in voting or other actions. NOBO shareholders hold their shares through brokers or banks and are called beneficial or Street Name shareholders.
